How many bundles do I need?

18"–24" – 3 bundles

26"–30" – 4 bundles for a fuller look

Bundle recommendations may vary depending on your desired fullness, installation method as well as head measurements.


Can the hair be colored or bleached?

Our extensions can be professionally colored, toned, or bleached.

We recommend having all chemical services performed by a licensed professional to preserve the integrity of the hair.


Can I use heat on the hair?

Yes. All of our hair can be curled, straightened, and styled using heat.

Always use a heat protectant and avoid excessive heat to maximize the lifespan of your extensions.


How long does the hair last?

Raw Vietnamese Hair: 5+ years with proper care.

Raw Indonesian Hair: 2-3+ years with proper care.

Proper maintenance plays a significant role in extending the life of your extensions.


How should I care for my extensions?

- Wash with sulfate-free products for moisture.

- Store hair properly between installs.

- Always use a heat protectant before styling.

- Brush gently from the ends upward.

- Hair net for wrapping is recommended or 2 semi-loose braids with satin bonnet

- Aftercare instructions and product recommendations are provided with your order.


Will my hair shed?

Minimal shedding is normal with any hair extensions. To reduce shedding, avoid cutting the wefts unless necessary and brush gently.


Do the bundles come true to length?

Yes. All bundles are measured true to length or longer.


What is your processing time?

Orders are processed within 2-7 business days before shipping depending on inventory stock.


How long does shipping take?

Shipping times are calculated after your order has been processed.

Standard shipping: 3–5 business days

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.


Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final.

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.


Can I cancel my order?

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed. Once processing has begun, orders cannot be canceled or modified.
